Posted on December 19, 2024 By admin

A recall has been issued for 600,000 bottles of Ramipril,

a common blood pressure medication, due to potential contamination.

The affected capsules (2.5 mg, 5 mg, and 10 mg) were made by Lupin

Pharmaceuticals in India, where improper supplier checks were conducted.

Though the FDA believes the risk, is low and no adverse effects have been reported,

users are advised to discard any recalled bottles. The affected batches have

sell-by dates up to July 2026 and come in bottles of 90, 100, or 150.

If you’re using Ramipril, check your medication for this recall
