Rachel Booth, a 38-year-old mother of three from Barnton, Northwich, was found dead in a lake at Oakmere after vanishing following a late-night visit to a local gas station. Her disappearance sparked a widespread search that ended in heartbreak when police recovered her body on July 21, 2025. The community remains stunned by the tragedy, as questions linger about the events leading up to her disappearance in the early hours of July 19.
