The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued warnings for severe winter weather across 12 states, including Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania, with snow, ice, and strong winds creating hazardous travel conditions. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect from Thursday evening to Saturday morning for areas in East Arkansas, North- Mississippi, and other regions, expecting 4 to 6 inches of snow and ice. Wind chills in West Virginia may reach -15°F, with gusts up to 50 mph.
