INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n
3 medium cucumbers peeled and sliced \u00bc inch thick (sliced about 4 cups)
\n1 medium white onion sliced and separated into thicker rings
\n3 medium tomatoes largely chopped
\n\u00bd cup vinegar of your choice*
\n\u00bc cup granulated sugar*
\n1 cup water
\n2 teaspoons salt
\n\u00bd teaspoon Black Coarse Pepper or to taste
\n2 tablespoon vegetable oil I used olive oil
\n\u00bd teaspoon dried basil
\n\u00bd teaspoon dried parsley<\/p>\n
INSTRUCTIONS<\/p>\n
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
