When people were looking to buy this big ruin, they didn\u2019t even bother to give a second thought, but everything changed when locals Jim and Jean Leaman stepped in. After watching the home\u2019s condition worsen over the decades, the retired couple\u2019s love for the crumbling abode\u2019s classic architecture inspired them to purchase it.<\/p>\n<p>After 5 years working on the house day in day out, they managed to turn the ruin into a magical place we can all call home.<\/p>\n<p>The transformation is almost unreal! But wait till you see it inside\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/80227f0f4165bbe607c2b98c927a4f92.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is how the house looked like at the beginning.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/ae29a72014701f1be8b451296a8d81c4.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But here is how it looked after restoration.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/20ff34e8cf4f5cb575d3b07d3f8f24ac.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The inside will leave you breathless. It looks straight out of a Harry Potter movie.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/b14157cf19dd15f7bee58eaf0293e2d5.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The floors are made of five different types of wood and rainbow of colors pierce through thanks to the stained glass panels.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/ccba8d5cdaa69d75c7a2e74ef0ca7327.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Each of the five bedrooms on the second floor are uniquely decorated and have a special appeal.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/8058d150730f19ca8f4c37980cce1f1f.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But this small room in the attic is perfect place for an office!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/1471974147-syn-hbu-1471910860-505-linden-ave-25.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>From how it looked to what he made it out to be, it\u2019s truly hard to believe.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dailypositiveinfo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/1471974145-syn-hbu-1471911049-505-linden-ave-46.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It did get a lot of work, time and money, but he transformed the ruin into a cozy and warm house.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Built back in 1887, this house was considered dangerous to even enter because it looked like it was about to fall down any second.
