Sprinkle both sides lightly with salt and let sit for 10 minutes to draw<\/p>\n<p>out excess moisture. Pat dry with paper towels. Set Up Dredging Station: Bowl 1: Flour, with a pinch of salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Bowl 2: Eggs whisked with buttermilk.
