The 75-year-old, previously known as Bruce Jenner, has had several surgeries to repair injuries as an Olympian but since she completed her transition with a 10-hour facial feminization surgery on March 15, 2015, she seems to be hooked on developing new looks, that she loves to share with her fans.<\/p>\n
While she is able to doctor her photos before posting \u2013 the magic of filters makes her wrinkles disappear \u2013 she has no control over candid shots taken and shared on social media by fans.<\/p>\n
Recently, after a fan posted an unfiltered photo that revealed her sagging jawline and visible wrinkles, Jenner was \u201cmortified\u201d by the image, sources say.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe\u2019s wrinkled in all the wrong places and has all this excess skin hanging from her jaw and not much chin to speak of,\u201d the tipster shares. \u201cShe\u2019s just as appalled at seeing herself this way as everyone else, without the camouflaging filters.\u201d

While Jenner\u2019s representatives dismissed the rumors of additional surgeries as \u201cfake news,\u201d the anonymous source says the gold medalist is \u201cconvinced that going under the knife again is the answer.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Dr. Otto Placik, a Chicago-based plastic surgeon, her case is complicated due to the combined factors of aging, hormone therapy, and past surgeries.<\/p>\n
The doctor, who has not treated Jenner but provided his professional insights, suggests that Jenner has likely undergone a facelift that resulted in a \u201clateral sweep,\u201d causing an overly stretched appearance on the sides rather than a more natural vertical lift.
\n\u201cShe has lost a strong jawline, likely as a consequence of possible hormone manipulation and aging. However, using a chin augmentation would give her a more masculine appearance, which she may be averse to having.\u201d<\/p>\n
Additionally, Dr. Placik noted other signs of procedures, including a possible rhinoplasty\u201cbecause her nose appears very narrow.\u201d<\/p>\n
He explains that \u201cher upper eyebrows appear high, suggesting a brow forehead lift and\/or upper eyelid lift,\u201d but \u201cher lower eyelids appear untreated.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI do believe she receives traditional fillers, especially in the lips, and Botox,\u201d he adds.<\/p>\n
For now, Jenner seems focused on keeping up with the latest cosmetic trends, showing no signs of stepping away from the surgeon\u2019s chair despite the challenges of reversing past procedures. Whether further surgeries will yield the results she hopes for remains to be seen.<\/p>\n
