WATCH: ‘I’m embarrassed of them!’ Megyn Kelly destroys U.S. Women’s Soccer team after big loss for focusing more on woke activism than their sport

SiriusXM podcaster Megyn Kelly torched the U.S. Women’s National Soccer team after its dramatic and historic loss to Sweden over the weekend after America-hating star Megan Rapinoe botched a penalty kick.

Specifically, Kelly, who was interviewing Clay Travis, lashed out at the majority of players for focusing far too much on left-wing, anti-American woke-ism rather than standing proud for the country they are playing for and focusing on their play, saying they ’embarrassed’ themselves and the American people.

“The U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team lost in the World Cup yesterday in the round of 16 against Sweden – the first time in the team’s history that they are out before the quarterfinals. Longtime team leader and activist Megan Rapinoe was smiling and laughing to herself after missing the crucial penalty kick,” Kelly noted.

“It was overall just an embarrassing performance for this team from the start. They’ve donned the uniforms of the United States of America, but they refused to honor anything we stand for, and therefore, I’m thrilled they lost. Good. I’m glad you went down. You don’t support America. I don’t support you. And I know I’m not alone,” she said.

“I couldn’t care less about the loss. Couldn’t care less. I hope that they took a lesson from losing that we all want our kids to learn when things go down, which is, be introspective, figure out how it happened,” she continued.

“And in this case, they didn’t have their eye on the ball. They had their eye on their woke activism, which has been this way for a while, but Megan Rapinoe and her imprint on the team has now really made its mark, and I’m thrilled she’s gone,” Kelly noted further. “I feel like there’s a future now for this team, potentially without this woman at the helm.

“There is not one who was actually singing [the national anthem] and who actually looks proud to be there. Not one! So get off! Get out of there!” Kelly demanded.

“You know how many young girls would give anything to represent the United States of America on the world stage in this fashion and would be thrilled to say that they’re American and they’re representing our values?” she asked.

“Screw these girls for not phoning it in. Though even the ones who are kind of trying are embarrassed – I’m embarrassed of them!” she added.
