GARY SINISE’S SON MAC, who had been battling cancer, passed away at the age of 33…

The obituary that Gary Sinise wrote for his son is really emotional, and he is in grief at the loss of his son, who passed away after a courageous fight against a rare kind of cancer.

Taking to social media on Tuesday, the .er he succumbed to chordoma, a disease that targets the spine.

According to Gary, Mac was diagnosed with this disease in the year 2018, which was also the year that Moira, Gary’s wife, was diagnosed with stage 3 female breast cancer. Fortunately, she has made a full recovery and is now in remission.

On his Instagram account, Gary shared photographs of himself and Mac together, one of which included a picture of his son seated in a wheelchair. In addition, he mentions that Mac was very active in his foundation and that he had a passion for music, mentioning that he even contributed to the creation of an album that had unique songs.

He says of his younger son, “In sharing our story, we hope to shine a little bit of light on what has been a difficult time for us as Mac was truly a light for all of us.

Gary continues by saying, “He faced his battle with grace, courage, and love, and these qualities made him an incredible inspiration to those who knew and loved him.” Even though he had one failure after another, he never stopped living, learning, creating, giving, and loving over his whole life. He had affection for every member of our family.

It is with this that he concludes his tribute post… It is my pleasure, Mac. Oh, you did it! The Resurrection and Revival will continue to exist. You, too, will do the same. Within our hearts for all time. Because you were a son, brother, and friend to us, we count ourselves very fortunate to have you in our life. We will miss you and love you for all of eternity.
