Jenna Johnson Marks Son Rome’s First Birthday, Expressing Love and Gratitude for the ‘Sweetest Soul’

Jenna Johnson’s son, Rome, is turning one! Jenna, the professional dancer, shared cute pictures on Instagram of Rome celebrating his first birthday.

In the photos, Rome is sitting on a gold couch, wearing a birthday crown that says “One,” with a bear-shaped “O.” He stands, giggles, and gets a birthday cake in some pictures.

Rome ends up with cake on his face in one photo, looking at his mom (Jenna) and dad (Val Chmerkovskiy). Jenna wrote a sweet caption, saying it’s been a year of knowing, loving, and learning from Rome. She thanks him for making her a mother and expresses how time is a precious gift.

In December, the family took their first holiday photosogether. They posed in front of their tree, and there were pictures of Val holding Rome, and Jenna playing with Rome on the couch.

Earlier that month, after Val won Dancing with the Stars, Jenna shared photos of him with Rome. In one, Rome reaches for Val’s Mirrorball trophy, and Jenna jokes about putting it in Rome’s room in the caption.
