Casey King’s transformation from 845 pounds to a much healthier weight is a powerful story of perseverance and commitment. Known from TLC’s Family by the Ton, King openly shared his lifelong struggle with obesity. Always “the big kid,” his weight skyrocketed due to fast food and a sedentary lifestyle, eventually limiting his ability to perform basic daily tasks.

Motivated to change, King adopted a strict diet and exercise routine and underwent gastric sleeve surgery to help manage his food intake. His determination led to dramatic results—dropping from 711 pounds to 525 pounds, and continuing to lose more. A major turning point came when he secured a job at Home Depot, giving him both financial stability and a healthier routine.

Grateful and motivated, King continues to work toward his goals, including shedding another 25 pounds and potentially removing excess skin. Reflecting on his progress, King shared on Instagram, “I’m the healthiest and happiest I’ve been in years. I finally love myself.”
