They Took My Driveway — So I Took Sweet Revenge

Every Friday night, Susan looked forward to unwinding after a long week—until her neighbor Jessica’s parties started ruining everything. Week after

week, Jessica’s entitled guests parked in Susan’s driveway, leaving her frustrated and blocked out of her own home. Confronting Jessica did no good;

she just shrugged and told Susan to “chill” and park on the street.

Things came to a head when Susan’s elderly mother had a health emergency. Susan rushed out to drive to her mom’s house, only to find herself

blocked in again by party guests. Furious and helpless, she had to call a taxi. That night, while sitting in the hospital with her mother, she made a

silent vow: this would never happen again.

The following Friday, Susan took matters into her own hands. She parked her car across the driveway to trap all the guest cars inside. When Jessica

came storming over demanding she move it, Susan played it cool—literally pretending she was too drunk to legally drive. When the police arrived, she

leaned into the act, beer in hand and wobbly smile ready. The officer, clearly amused, informed Jessica there was nothing they could do.

But Susan didn’t stop there. The next morning, she went to the station with video evidence of repeated illegal parking. The same officer returned with

her to Jessica’s house, issued fines, and demanded compensation for the repeated inconvenience. Jessica was livid—but defeated. From then on, no

one parked in Susan’s driveway again, and the neighbors couldn’t stop talking about her brilliant revenge.

Peace—and her parking spot—were finally restored.
