Dr. Nick Norwitz conducted an experiment where he ate 700 eggs in a month to test the
impact of cholesterol-rich eggs on his LDL (bad) cholesterol. Surprisingly, his LDL levels
decreased, dropping by 2% in the first two weeks and 18% after adding more carbs like fruits.
