The Hidden Detail In The Wendy’s Logo That Most People Don’t Know About

I won’t even try to lie – I absolutely love a good fast food meal. Though stopping at a drive-thru isn’t something I make a frequent habit of, when I do indulge, there’s just something so comforting about a burger and fries from one of my favorite chain restaurants. Among those favorites is undoubtedly Wendy’s.

You likely know the Wendy’s logo – a smiling red-headed girl with freckles and blue bows at the end of her pigtails. However, did you know there’s a hidden detail contained within that famous logo? Wendy’s was named after founder Dave Thomas’s daughter. He decided to include another family member in the logo alongside Wendy. If you look closely at Wendy’s ruffled collar, you will see the word “MOM.”

Another sneaky fast food logo? The Subway logo features two arrows pointing in opposite directions. This symbolizes the entrance and exit of a subway. Clever!

And here’s another fun one for you. Toblerone, the chocolate and candy company, originated in Bern, Switzerland – a city well-known for bears. Look closely at the mountain in the logo. You may see a nod to that famous bear!

Fun, right? I don’t know about you, but all this talk about fast food, subs, and chocolate has made me hungry – next stop, Wendy’s!
