Donnie Wahlberg & Jenny McCarthy Celebrate 10 Years Of Marriage With A Second Wedding

If one wedding is special, why not have two? Donnie Wahlberg and his wife Jenny McCarthy did just that. After ten years of marriage, the couple decided to celebrate with a second wedding. While it was not as big a shindig as traditional weddings are, this marriage celebration between Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy was still special and romantic.

Good Morning America shared that this couple decided to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary with a special vow renewal. The pair went back to where it all began at Hotel Baker in St. Charles, Illinois. This is where McCarthy and Wahlberg first tied the knot in 2014.

In addition to posting an Instagram story in front of a wedding officiant, they also shared an adorable video on Instagram.

At the beginning of the video, the couple is in all-black, casual attire. They then engage in an adorable handshake combination. As the song’s beat drops, the couple transitions into matching evening attire. McCarthy is sporting a long blue dress, and Walhberg is wearing a matching blue suit.

Even after many years of marriage, Donnie Wahlberg and his wife still know how to have a good time.

While some couples may lose their spark after so many years together, Donnie Wahlberg’s marriage with Jenny McCarthy is still going strong. On the Instagram video, Wahlberg wrote the sweetest caption. It read, ” Walking into our next ten years like! Happy 10th Anniversary Baby! So excited to share the rest of forever with you! One decade down, eternity to go!.”

Jenny also went on Instagram to shout out her husband. The star shared a reel of some of the couple’s adorable moments together. She captioned her reel with the following loving words.

“How do I feel like a newlywed after ten years of marriage? It’s easy when you’re married to Donnie Wahlberg. I love you, mister. There aren’t enough words to describe the full life of love and laughter we’ve lived these past ten years.” She then goes on to mention many of the things that Donnie Wahlberg is to her in their marriage.

Some of those things include her rock, her joy, her comfort, her soulmate, and her best friend. She then ends the post with,

“I love you til the end of time.
Happy Anniversary my love.”

While this may seem like a rare and romantic ritual to some, McCarthy shares that vow renewals are not new to them. Good Morning America wrote that she mentioned her thoughts on vow renewal back in March. When doing an appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark she shared that she and Donnie renew their vows every year.

She stated, “Life gets so busy, and we just want to remind each other of the vows and the path and the love we share.”
